Operating procedure
1) Plan preparation
After receiving your file, we prepare the layout marking file. Compatible with .IFC and .DWG formats (2D or 3D).
This includes duplicate removal, plan cleanup, and creation of the robot path (“flight plan”).
2) Alignment
When we arrive on site, we align our total station with your coordinate system if reference points are available. If not, we carry out a survey to properly align the previously prepared layout plan.
3) Layout marking
Autonomous layout marking with 3 to 6 machines operated in parallel by a single operator.
Robot position survey, paint marking, laser engraving, closure verification, then movement to the next slab.
4) Quality control
When multiple robots operate in parallel, we verify the connections between zones to ensure there are no calibration differences, in close collaboration with the client.
